What Easy Splitter is

A Telegram bot and Mini App that keeps shared expense ledgers: it records what group members enter, computes exact balances, and tracks settlements both sides confirmed. It is a record-keeping tool between you and your friends, not a bank and not a payment service.

The service is operated by Glowing Pixels UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Coppistraße 12, 10365 Berlin, Germany. These terms are an agreement between you and that company; you can reach it at hello@glpx.pro, and its full provider details are on the imprint page.

No account, your Telegram identity

There is no sign-up. Your Telegram identity is your identity in a ledger, and the members of that group can see the entries you record, as you can see theirs.

Entries are yours

You confirm what an entry says before it is recorded; the math after that is exact. Check the amount and the split when you confirm — an entry names the person who added it, so mistakes are visible and correctable by the group.

Whoever adds an expense is part of it; entries between other people cannot be invented in your name.

Settlements are agreements, not payments

A settlement counts only after the person who is owed confirms it. Actually transferring the money is entirely between the two of you — Easy Splitter never moves funds.

Fair use

Use the service for its purpose, at a human pace: the service rate-limits and rejects abuse. Telegram's own terms apply to everything that happens inside Telegram.

As is

The service is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. The operator is not a party to the debts your group records and is not responsible for settling disputes between members.

Changes and contact

These terms can change; the current version always lives here with its date, and continuing to use the service means the current terms apply. Questions or reports: hello@glpx.pro, or @the_easy_splitter_bot on Telegram.
